The restaurant was good and the staff were affable. I've had a lovely stay for return visit.

The stay was fine. I enjoyed that it was fairly clean and stylish, the staff were pleasant and rooms were immaculate. Booked a room with terrace. The food was decent - lots of options.

The location was best possible, just a short walk away from Discovery Museum.

Holiday base for nightlife in Newcastle upon Tyne. We got a room with a rain douche. An individual safe, an iron and an electronic key card were a huge plus.

I enjoyed that hotel's lobby was great. They made my stay splendid. The bed was really big, room was adequate and well laid out. Sea view was worth every penny and balcony was large. There were restaurants and bars close to the place.

the staff was competent and the rooms were very clean. a good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like al-rashid grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
